As with version 1.12.0, I have the same issue that issue 48873 was having. I am currently playing on a realm rented from the Realm service. When opening inventory or doing anything that opens inventory, the game will lock up and eventually crash. Music will continue playing for a bit, to the end of the current track it seems, before stopping. Eventually, the game will completely crash and return to the Xbox main menu with Minecraft ready for launch.

I did go ahead and remove user data, uninstall Minecraft, and hard reboot the system. I'd rather not hard/soft factory reset the console as it seems to be an issue with the game rather than the console. 

Currently, this only seems to be an issue on the Xbox One Version not the realm itself. The inventory is pretty full but I have not been able to test removing items from my inventory and playing with an starting with an empty one. This is crossplayed between PC and Xbox on the same account if that makes a difference.
