The mentioned items use the following textures as their inventory icons:
vines_carried.png tallgrass_carried.tga fern_carried.tga
All of these already have green overlays applied. However, the game still applies another overlay when the items are displayed in the hotbar.
Observed Results:
The items in the hotbar look way darker than they should, and they also differ from their held counterparts.
Expected Results:
The items shouldn't have a color overlay applied when being displayed as an inventory icon, making it the proper color and matching tones with the held items.

Notes: The solution would be to remove the color overlay from the inventory and keep the one from the texture file, to prevent breaking the held item.
