Также были созданы учетные записи "Microsoft" для "Xbox Live" и проверены настройки конфиденциальности и безопасности, где все настройки в порядке. Также были установлены и нужным образом использованы приложения типа "VPN", что также не дало результатов. Входить в мир через локальную сеть пытались как через wi-fi роутер, так и через создание точки доступа на одном из устройств(пробовали на всех). Причём создавали игру для входа на каждом из устройств.
