Terrain Bug Description

Recently my brothers minecraft realm bugs out and the terrain does not generate. It has been consistently doing it. About a couple of days I was not able to log in due to the fact I logged out of the realm from a non-generated terrain. Eventually the realm was able to clear once everyone logged out. Made sure to check my connection which was fine. I even had my brother log in to see if it might of been my xbox. He ended up seeing the same thing. It is definitely the realm. I do not have any shots of this bug but when it happens I'll totally take shots for evidence.
