Elytras do not show capes

      When you have a cape enabled and are wearing an elytra, the elytra shows the defult elytra texture rather than the selected cape

      The capes attached to the skins in the "Founder's Cape" and the "MINECON 2016 Skin Pack" don't show their appropriate elytra texture,

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Make sure you're not wearing any owned capes by going to the capes tab and selecting "None"
      2. Equip a skin with a built-in cape, the "Founder's Cape" skin pack will work
      3. Equip an elytra

      Observed Results:
      the elytra will have the default texture

      Expected Results:
      the elytra would have the appropriate texture for that cape
