Parrots are not adapted for non-standard player skin heights
When choosing a skin size in character creator below average, the parrot will fly over the shoulder, and when choosing a skin height "tall" - the legs of the parrot will slightly enter the player's shoulder.
Steps to reproduce:
- Tame your parrot and place it on your shoulder.
- Change the height of your skin to "smaller", "small" and "tall".
*after each change in the height of the skin, see the placement of the parrot on the player's shoulder.
Observed results:
The parrot is not adapted to non-standard skins. On skins the height of which is lower than "medium", the parrot will hover over your shoulder, and on skins with the height "tall", the parrot's legs will slightly enter the shoulder of the skin.
Expected results:
The parrot will sit on the shoulder, on all skins (with different heights).

Original Description
On Minecraft beta 1.13, when a smaller than normal skin is selected, parrots still attach to the normal size shoulder. So they levitate.
