In the Turkish alphabet, dotted and dotless I are considered separate letters, representing a front and back vowel, respectively, and both have uppercase ('I', 'İ') and lowercase ('ı', 'i') forms.
Shortly Turkish alphabet, have two kinds of I: dotted (İi) and dotless (Iı).
The bug
In the item search menu on Gamemode Creative and If the language of the game is Turkish; Search does not work properly because of the letters in the Turkish alphabet iİ ıI difference.
For example "Islak Sünger" is not listed when you search "ıslak sünger".
