Saturation has no effect in speeding up regeneration when the hunger bar is at 20.

From the Minecraft Wiki, when the hunger bar reaches 20, remaining points of saturation be consumed will speed up the rate of natural regeneration to 1 heart per second. Unfortunately, this does not happen in the bedrock edition.
