I was chased into a nether portal by a phantom, going from the overworld to the nether, I took the usual butt-load of suffocation damage (by the way, you guys reeeeeallly need to fix that.) however, I had low health, combined with suffocation and a phantom, I died before I loaded into the nether. Usually when I suffocate, my items get tped. If the nether portal is in the nether and is at, lets say, 100 y 100, my items get teleported to that location in the overworld)

After looking there and every portal that was near, I couldn't find my items. This item nether glitch is usually annoying but I can normally find my items relatively easily. But this time they are gone, I can't find them at all. This will be the 4th time I've died and the 2nd time I have to go and get a new elytra. It's so irritating. During your "Bees and BUGS" update you neeeeeed to fix both of these nether portal item eaters.
