After a mob dies with the totem of undying the particles won't appear.
Steps to reproduce:
- Give a totem of undying to a fox and try to kill it.
- You will see that no particles appear.
Update: In 1.13.0.15 it fixed if the player dies with the totem and it makes particles again.
