When I place carpet and walk on it , it does not make the walking on carpet sound, instead you hear whatever material I placed it on. Ie: I place carpet on wood, you hear wood. I place carpet on cobblestone, you hear cobblestone and not the carpet.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place wood plank blocks as a floor
2. walk on wood plank floor to observe sound is wood plank sound
3. place any carpet on top of wood plank floor

4. walk on wood plank floor covered by red carpet, only wood plank sound will play instead of carpet sound.

Observed Results:
Block under any carpet will sound for walking on top of instead of the carpet sound that should play.

Expected Results:
I expect that carpet will play a sound that relates to the type of carpet placed on top of a block instead of the block under the carpet playing as the sound when I walk on it.
