When trying to load a bow/crossbow/trident while your crosshair is at the nitwit/unemployed villager, it will not load. This almost mimics the issue MC-160901. I believe it also affects projectiles like snowballs, eggs and ender pearls.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a nitwit or unemployed villager
2. Try to load a bow, crossbow, or trident while pointing the crosshair at the villager

Observed Results:
The bow, crossbow, and trident cannot be loaded.

Expected Results:
The bow, crossbow, and trident should be able to be loaded.
