[Fixed in 1.14] View bobbing in First Person View does not affect items

      View bobbing in First Person does not actually display the bobbing animation. I did not disabled view bobbing as I was walking the screen bobs except for the items held in the main/off-hand. This doesn't affect the mainhand arm when the player isn't holding anything.
