No raiding bar after exiting nether portal with bad omen effect

      I want to report a bug regarding to the Raiding bar/Indicator of Minecraft Win 10 Edition 1.12.0. It always happens when I kill a pillager captain to have a bad omen effect. However, the pillager outpost is too far away, so I need to travel using the Nether portal to make it easier to go. After getting the bad omen effect, I need to enter a nether portal so I can go home as soon as possible. After exiting the nether portal next to my village, the horn started blowing, but I can't see the (Violet Raiding bar).

      The only solution to this is by exiting my world and re-enter to bring back the violet bar.
