I´m not sure if this is intended or not but villagers are taking up workstations like 5-10 blocks away with blocks between it Even tho there´s a villager next to it that could be taking the profession but it´s not because the villager away from it took it.

It is happening on my trade center. It has the breeding room close to it and villagers are taking the professions far away.
