    Description

      I cannot place ladders and other certain blocks on glass blocks.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a glass block
      2. Try to place a ladder on it

      Observed Results:
      Ladders cannot be placed on glass blocks.

      Expected Results:
      Ladders should be able to be placed on glass blocks.
