      Workaround

Per this comment you may be able to resolve sound issues with Razer audio devices by unchecking the "Enable audio enhancements" option in your device's speaker properties. Some users also report that toggling the spatial sound option improves surround sound issues.

Sound broken with THX spatial audio

When using THX spatial audio on my Razer Nari headphones the audio is broken sounding. switching the feature off doesn't fix it. the only way to fix it is to switch the sound output device to the normal mode instead of spatial audio. (a bit of a hassle in window 10)
