I've built a simple redstone circuit that combines a t flip-flop using repeater-locking based on this design and a rising-edge detector based on the "circuit breaker" design here.

      (Image attached.)

The bottom stone block in the picture has a sticky piston underneath it facing towards the block, as per the "circuit breaker" design I linked to above.

Pressing the button should toggle a steady signal on the wire in the bottom-right, and when that signal first turns on, the lamp in the bottom left should light up just briefly. Instead, the piston next to the lamp does fire but the repeater beyond it never changes state. If I add a lever inline and use that rather than the t flip-flop, the rising edge detector works perfectly.

This appears to be a bug in how redstone is handled in the Bedrock edition, because it works as expected in the PC (Java) edition.
