Issue occurs on iPhone without SIM card, but not in iPad mini running same iOS and Minecraft PE version. When launching with no WI-FI connection(and therefore no internet). Launches to title screen, progress bar shows on right side, reads “signing in with your Microsoft account” then progress bar on right (where skin usually shows) freezes and app quits. 

Have deleted and reinstalled, rebooted device, and even reinstalled iOS, issue persists. Issue does not occur on iPad Pro 10.5, or iPad mini (2nd gen). If game can be launched with wifi, then once it’s connected switch off WI-FI, it stays playable.
