I was making an under ground aquarium and used ladders instead of a door to hold in the water to get in and out and when i went completely up in the aquarium and swam out i was on the ceiling of the room. So i had my friend do it as well and took a screenshot of it. 

Edit. I tried the same thing on the windows 10 version and it did the same thing
