      The Top Hat Sheep skin from the ‘1st Birthday skin pack’ has been missing the top hat for many updates.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Select the Top Hat Sheep skin from the 1st Birthday Skin Pack

      Observed Results:
      The Top Hat Sheep skin is missing the top hat.

      Expected Results:
      The Top Hat Sheep skin should have the top hat.
