Guardian tail move slow on land and they make no sound on land too

      For some reason guardian flap there tail really slow for some reason and they don't make any sound when they are in land and same for the elder guardian.

      How To Reproduce:

      1. Spawn in Guardian or Elder Guardian.
      2. Listen when they flop and you will see and as well as there tail speed.
