I was coming back to my nether portal going to the overworld as soon as I go threw the portal I start taking damage, and I couldn't do anything about it because I was stuck the the building terrain screen I assume I'm suffocating and a few seconds go by and I stop taking damage. I log out and then back in and it turns out I died. I walk to my nether portal and all my stuff is gone. I went to the nether and nothing was there I even went to world spawn to see if the stuff ended up there but with no luck.
