1. Cant scroll to down when in the skins menu to the last row. It glitches back up to the previous row.

2. My skins glitch and they change back to the default Steve and Alex skin. When I'm playing a game it shows the default skin instead of the preferred skin I chosen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. [Step 1]
2. [Step 2]
3. [Step 3]

Observed Results:
When I try to scroll down on the Skins menu to the very last row, once I reach the row I can't go down to that pacific row. It takes effect on all the skin packs.

My skins glitch like crazy, they change randomly, and during games and in servers they don't work anymore.

Expected Results:
I should be able to scroll to the bottom row.

I should be able to have skins that don't change at their own will.

Notes: After the 1.12.0.28 update on my Xbox One S, this is when the problems occurred, please fix them, I enjoy playing Minecraft very much. It'd be greatly appreciated if you fixed this bug!
