I have a lectern with a redstone comparator.  When the final page of the book is reached, the redstone signal activates a command block.  The command block executes a teleport command.  The teleport happens, the book stays on screen, and the game becomes unresponsive.  Eventually, the game crashes.

After further testing of different configurations, the issue seems to reside in the "facing" parameter.  When that is unset or deleted, the teleport command functions normally with no crashes.
