Sheep, fish that were placed from a bucket, leaded horse with saddle and armor, sitting tamed cats and nametagged sitting tamed cats that were placed in a safe spot keep disappearing. Frequently happens while playing the game, but no death message so it is not hostile mobs or anything. It also happens very often when I save and quit and come back in.
