Hi Mojang. I would like to report that the sound in the Minecraft game for Windows 10 is completely bugged or broken for me and for my friends. Yesterday we bought the game from the Microsoft Store and we were very excited but after we downloaded it we were very disappointed of the level of quality of the product that we got for our money. Neither me or my friends have sound in game and by in game I mean that we don't have any sound in main menu, making own world or joining any official server. We did extensive research on the problem and we know you don't want duplicated bug reports but I want to report this because a lot people have reported this and you mark it as resolved and post fixes that don't work and people still have NO sound and we don't get any assistance. Now before you mark this topic as duplicate or resolved, please read what me and my friends tried to fix the problem ( and we did so much things) and nothing worked! Here is the full list what possible solutions we tried but go no result and still have NO SOUND: Keep in mind we did them on different computers and not the same PC.

      • Step 2: Click on View all from left side panel of the screen. - WE DID IT AND NO EFFECT
