I dropped an entire inventory worth of items into one spot in the End, and then I threw myself into the void. Ever since then my survival world crashes whenever I attempt to save, or whenever auto save is triggered (such as traveling to the nether or moving too far from my bed). I am unable to go to the end and retrieve the items because the game crashes before I can reach the portal. None of my other worlds are affected.
