Seems to be a performance decrease, when near small wheat plots, roughly the size of 5x7 or larger. When wheat is fully matured, approaching it causes a noticeable lag now. Also approaching bodies of water causes a lag issue as well. Currently running between 500-600 mbps and the Xbox one X console, just to help give a scope of the issue.
