      Description

      The 1.13 betas introduced some animation/positioning issues:

      1. The position of the hand changed (causing the punching/breaking animation to change as well);
      2. The hand's position and bobbing animation don't match the maps' bobbing animation;
      3. Your hand will be displayed in weird positions when you start gliding with an elytra (only when facing north or south);
      4. Hand position is lowered a LOT in relation to previous versions, and feels really weird.

      Expected results:
      The hand position/animations look exactly like it did before, which was at parity with Java.

      Observed results:
      Although Bedrock doesn't have to be exactly like Java, this is broken.
