Xbox One S Controller Constantly Looking Down

      While using an Xbox One S Controller connected to my iPhone 7 Plus running the latest version of the iOS 13 preview (as of June 30th 2019), the ingame view is constantly moving down as if I'm holding the right thumbstick down, even when not touched. This problem is not happening on the PC or Xbox version using the exact same controller
