When I first started playign the game sometime ago everything was fine I could see snow for blocks on end but now for some reason I can NEVER tell when it is snowing because the game is doing this. When I look at the sky to try to find snow I might find a section that is making snowflakes come in and out of existence like some type of quantum teleportation shiz.

I would like this fixed given that I prefer the snowy areas of minecraft I am on version 1.11.4 on windows 10.
