On full keyboard gameplay you cannot look around using the arrow keys. To reproduce this bug go to settings and turn on full keyboard gameplay in keyboard and mouse. Load up a world and if you try to look around with the arrow keys the screen will jitter but you can’t look around. I also have a video below showing the jittering when trying to turn in a different direction.
