Vindicator and evoker who spawn in Woodland Mansion have no interest to attack villager version 2 even in hard mode

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find a woodland mansion with the /locate command.
2. Find a vindicator.
3. Spawn a villager near the vindicator.

Observed Results:
The vindicator is neutral towards the villager.

Expected Results:
The vindicator should be hostile towards the villager.
