Hello!

I know there have been a lot of messages regarding this issue. However, this feels unique.

I have been attempting to play Minecraft on Windows 10 and get the achievements, however they are not working no matter what. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, we have logged in and out, I've done all the quick fixes as recommended by Google, nothing is working. However, if I log onto my account on my partner's computer, the achievements work just fine (albeit delayed). I'm at a loose end here as to what to do next?
