Pillager Captains after going through a portal have a chance to not drop there banner

      I was making a farm for killing Pillagers to get bad omen using a nether portal. After the captain went through the portal the banner where not dropping. Then i noticed that they drop the banner sometimes.

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Have a pillager captain go through a portal
      2. Kill them and sometimes they drop there banner not 100%
