This isn't much of a bug, but it's kind of an issue in my opinion. In this version, you can swim in one block tall water or less. I feel like it should be two blocks tall instead because sometimes some people don't always want to swim when crossing water. Plus it brings less use to the Depth Strider Enchantment.
