      Signs placed on campfires pop off when re-logging

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a campfire.
      2. Place a sign on top or the side of the campfire.
      3. Exit and reload the world.

      Observed Results:
      The sign breaks and drops as an item.

      Expected Results:
      The sign should remain placed on the campfire.
