TLDR; When two of my villagers grew up, the entire village stopped changing Points of Interest.

On my Minecraft Realms server, I've been breeding villagers slowly over the past few days, one by one moving them into a glorified shopping mall.

My technique was to breed a villager, break the baby's bed, catch it in a boat, bring it to the shopping mall then place a new bed and ensure the baby registers it as its' bed. Once the villager grew up, I would place a work station and once again ensure that it got the correct station.

I did 6 villagers back-to-back before they had a chance to grow up. As they grew up everything was going just fine up until the second-to-last villager became an adult. It wouldn't take a profession (It was not a nitwit). Then the final villager grew up, and still wouldn't take a profession.

After some investigating, all my villagers were retro-actively broken. Destroying their existing work stations did not turn non-traded villagers back into unemployed villagers, and destroying the beds didn't cause them to become upset.

The only exception was the two villagers I was using to breed not far away. They're the only ones who continue to update their points of interest.

The issue persists even when downloaded.

PS: My villagers are all bred from two purified zombie villagers, only one of which I was still breeding with.
