Description says it all- I just replaced a realm with a world which is supposed to allow all invited players 'op' privileges .. as this didn't work, I attempted to use the op command- at first the 'op' command was available to me but did not work.  Now the op command is no longer available.

BTW you should checkout the startup screen on IOS .. because of the screen layout it is actually impossible for me to tell if i am using version 1.11.1 or 1.11.2 .. the last number is cut off by the rounded corner of the screen.  Not sure if there's another way to check this ..
