      Description

      Every time I catch an enchanted book there is a feather falling IV enchantment on it 100%. 

      Im using a fishing rod with these enchantments: 

      Unbreaking 3, Mending 1, Luck of the sea 3 and Lure 3

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MCPE-41944 [Fixed in 1.13] Every book with three spells has Feather Falling IV on it; every book with four spells has Feather Falling IV and Blast Protection IV on it.
