Onload the app gets to the preloader screen, it completes the preloader progress bar and then exits to the previous screen.  It will not complete the loading process to the game.  I have tried starting the game without wifi, and clearing the stored data, clearing the cache, and uninstalling and reinstalling.  

None of this has worked.
