Steps to reproduce:

1. Place soul sand on the bottom of the ocean;
2. Let the bubbles bring you to the surface (Or stay flying on it in creative mode);
3. Enable third person view and put your camera underwater.

Expected results:
All particles are properly colored.

Observed results:
Some white colored bubbles are displayed.
