I don't know if this is a bug, but I want to report the issue anyway. On the Nintendo switch, it can take up to 30 seconds to open a chest, inventory, shulker box, etc. Sometimes when I open a chest, instead of showing the things in the chest a loading bar appears and goes left and right. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens fairly common. The issue started appearing in 1.9
