Lags and freezes frequently, load times last for minutes, random network disconnects

      My game lags so much is hard to play. Before 1.9.0 everything seemed fine. But since I started playing again it takes forever to load and sometimes just kicks me from the servers. I'd tell you how to recreate the "bug" but I don't know what's wrong either.
