This issue also came with the 1.11.0 update. My sister and I use one set of skins, hasn’t changed since we bought Minecraft a few years ago. My skin is from the Redstone pack and she has a Biome settler skin. Every time we load the game since this update, our skins are taken off, and we are set to the default skin of Steve. 

Since we are having issues playing online, we have to pretty much play on local. When this skin switching happens, we don’t have access to any skin packs, only the Mario mashup. 

Please bedrock team, fix this!
