I have seen a couple of threads with issues on mobile devices with the jump/sneak being switched or button overlapping creating a problem, and thus not being able to use sneak to go down a scaffolding. I have the same issue, but on Xbox One Bedrock edition; even with everything on default settings, I am unable to go down scaffolding. I can go up it no problem, but when I try to go down, nothing happens, and I just go into sneak mode on top. No blocks or entities are blocking my path, and when I plugged a keyboard into the Xbox, using shift on the keyboard also wasn't able to get me down a scaffolding. Have tried everything short of factory resetting the console. The use of scaffolding works fine because other console players can use them fine, and when I join from my computer as a guest into the world, the guest can use scaffolding as well (on keyboard from the PC.) Any ideas or has anyone else encountered this problem?
