Friends cannot join my world

      For some reason friends cannot join my world. My name shows to join but when they try it says unable to connect or when I invite them it also says unable to connect. I have all of the correct settings for multiplayer. Please fix this is ruining the enjoyment of the game because I want friends to join my world.
