Pandas are not rotating their heads when they are sitting, eating cake or bamboo, covering their eyes during thunderstorms and laying on the ground. They only move their entire body but not rotate their heads. They use to do this in version 1.8 (Which can be seen on the Java Edition). Non of the pandas seems to rotate their heads, they rotate their full body instead.

Pandas rotate their full body but not their heads
Expected Results
Pandas should rotate their heads like in 1.8 or on the Java Edition.
