Arrows are followed by explosive TNT when I fire them, though I didn't interfere with command blocks.

      When I fire an non-tipped arrow without an enchanted bow, TNT follows the arrow and explodes, though I didn't interfere with the command blocks. Also, I didn't add any resource packs and the world is switched on with experimental gameplay.
